I would not recommend this salon. They were unfriendly and the woman scraped the surfaces of my toenails with a metal tool. It has taken 2 years to grow out the damage. I'm still annoyed about it.

The service is amazing but the scheduling could definitely use a facelift, sometimes they Mark you as a no-show even when you email them and cancel

Love the staff here. I go consistently for pedicures and I’m never disappointed. A little pricier, but worth it for cleanliness and their attention to detail. I’m moving out of state at the end of the summer and am so sad I’ll have to try to find a new salon to live up to Aer!

Love it ? I got a pedi here and it was fantastic. The they are so nice and they do an excellent job. I also got a mani today and it was a also really good. They have lots of colors and its clean and neat. Highly recommend ??

This is THE BEST Mani/Pedi place.i know in Boston area. Clean store, professional and friendly staff. And many many choices of service and nail colors!!

I asked for a french manicure; they said that they know how to do it but they tried twice and it was a disaster despite that I showed to them a picture. It was hard to communicate in English and I left the place very disappointed after 3 hours (included pedi time); I have to go and redo my nails to another place. They charged me with the full price without any discount because of the awful result and the huge delay they caused on my evening. They were very unprofessional and I will not recommend this place.

This place is amazing! I really can’t sing enough praises. Let me start by saying I have been in Boston for over four years now and I have yet to find a nail salon home because of uncleanliness, unprofessionalism, or prices that don’t match the level of skill. THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE! Kenny and the rest of the staff was so professional and friendly. This is the absolute cleanest salon I’ve been to. They sanitize your hands and their own before they start working, and all the tools you either saw get disinfected or were disposable. They have a million color options to choose from. It doesn’t smell like chemicals and they even have a cute little air diffuser at the front. You have the option to pay with a cash or Venmo for a small discount. The most amazing part is that gel manicure came with a shoulder massage and a mini lavender bath bomb! Hands down the best manicure I’ve ever had. Love this place. They earned a faithful client!

It's an amazing salon with great service and a great atmosphere. Some might say that the prices are expensive, but at Aer you're getting quality service. From the sanitization of instruments to the finished product, I've never had any concerns coming here. I'm able to just relax and enjoy the experience. 11/10 recommend.

Worst experience. Ive been going to this place for years now, recently Ive noticed that they are not providing the good experience any more. I went there for pedicure and gel manicure few days ago to be specific 2 days ago, my gel is chipped in all possible places and it looks horrible, I paid 97 + tip for this and I cant beleive this is what Im getting.

Aer Nailbar is the best nail place I have ever been to. I highly recommend going. I never got my nails done until my 20s. Now I've been to so many places but each one is truly disappointing because it never beats my amazing manicure / pedicure at Aer Nailbar - the quality, look, services you receive, and staff are exceptional. I love the massage chairs and the nail polish wall has so many choices. One time I gave a nearby nail place a chance, hated it, and immediately got a polish change at Aer Nailbar. Yes, it is more expensive than the average place but you get a bath bomb during your pedicure & manicure, special scrubs / hot stone massage for pedicures, and a wonderful massage comes with manicures. This place is as clean as it gets. I also like how they usually have HGTV and TLC on the TVs but no volume on - just subtitles. The actual place is really cute and was recently renovated. I used to live minutes away from this place. I miss it. I live in California now and every time I visit Boston I have to go back to Aer Nailbar. It's one of the few things I truly miss in Boston.

The salon is bright and they have Bio-Gel, so I thought this would be a great backup nail salon. I was quite disappointed. The polish bubbled and was not smooth. The top coat was not clear. And the same day my thumb nail polish chipped off, causing then my nail to break off as well. If you're going for a very basic mani maybe, but the amount paid for gel, let alone bio gel I expect much more. The smaller shops around pay more attention to the details, shop around ladies.

I came here because of the reviews and they were not wrong! Lovely staff, amazing range of colors, and wow I'm so impressed with my manicure. Best salon I've ever been to, honestly. Would definitely come back again next time I'm in town!

I am from out of town so I am sad I can't come back regularly. Best Mani pedi I've ever had. I came on a whim and they luckily had a spot for me but I hear they get very busy so recommend making an appointment. CASH TIP ONLY! My nail tech Bella was the sweetest and even fixed my nail when I was clumsy and messed a nail up a tiny bit. Very clean and professional nail salon.

Really great quality manicure - regular manicure always lasts at least one week for me. Super clean too! Make an appointment if you can because they're often super busy.

Live this place. Although a bit pricier, totally worth it. Also, they have student discount that makes it a tiny bit better procewise. I go there every now and then and will continue using tgeir services

Exactly what I hoped for at a nail salon. Clean and sterile with plastic tub liners as well as one-time use slippers, toe separators and pumice scrubbers. Wonderful colour selection and very friendly nail technicians. The hot stone massage is amazing and the salon in general is aesthically pleasing with the bar nail dryers and a roomy waiting area. I can't say enough good things about this place!
