It's a chain retail store. Pretty typical. Good video game displays. I went in to browse headsets and they had one that worked and was in my price range. Price matched with Walmart and said I could return it if needed. THANKS BEST BUY
Although I don't believe Best Buy will be hanging around too much longer due to Amazon and other big-box retailers, I still enjoy exploring here. They have everything you need from home entertainment to computers. Plus you could find all the new and latest technology. Everybody's helpful and check out his extremely fast
The store was huge and well-lit with spacious location for display. My husband and I went to this store several times while we visited West Bell Road.I was looking for my laptop replacement. They had various products and also sell Microsoft Surface.The employees were friendly and will ask if you needed some help. The location also easy to access and has huge parking lot.The store also has a lot of selection of electronic and my husband found the battery charger that he was looking for.
I recently was helped by Cole at this location while looking for a new computer. Wow, was I impressed! He spent time asking great questions and was able to assist me. Usually you get "helped" at bigger box places, but he really made me feel like I was shopping at a local mom and pop store. I will be seeking him out next time I'm in and couldn't be happier with my purchase which Cole helped me narrow down! Thank you!
Love this place. The staff is always so informative and helpful. And they never try and upsell or push products on you. I went in with an idea of something, and left with everything I needed and why. And the why to me anyway, is a huge bonus. I love Best Buy, they are my go to for pretty much everything electronic.
I like Best Buy. If for any reason, it has a huge selection of everything electronic. The staff is sort of knowledgeable...on some sound systems,I knew more than the staff....but in other areas, they were helpful. I've heard all the horror stories regarding their Geek Squad,but only believe about 10% of what I've heard. I would definitely recommend Best Buy....and I think this location is one of the better ones.
The Best Buy near arrowhead is horrible and would have provided no stars if that was an option... The General Manager, Brenda L** is not helpful at all. Brenda advised me to return all my items and see if I can get a better price elsewhere. SMH #bestbuyiscrashThen she advised me to contact Best Buy corporate and that experience is disgusting.. Best Buy needs to work on their customer service skills and how to speak to people.
Friendly staff,Clean and well kept store and displays. There's a good selection and descent prices for a lot of your electronic needs. I really like there movie and video game selection most of the time. Bathrooms are usually clean and cashiers generally nice people along quickly so can at times make a quick shop stop if your in a hurry.
This doesn't have full product lines. No stock of current sale or clearance items. The Geek Squad is very helpful one you follow the processes, and appointment scheduling. Its difficult for me to carry computers to store, finding employees can only help to front sidewalk. Better to take items purchased to car. Inconvenience. Room for improvement. I love rewards point system n financing using points to trade for 6-12 months without finance charge. This store, closest to my residence has better in store help than others. Good as in a plus!Searching for products is frustrating. A sales person always comes to me to help out. Value customers!
I always have had a great experience and have recommended people there. My Brother-in-Law bought appliances there and are very happy. I have ordered online and been to the store numerous times and have always been happy. The printer I had saw on an online ad I went to pick up and it wasn't with the other printers but the rep at the door quickly found it online and called another rep would found it quickly. Love the printer and I was in and out in no time.
Immediate help was available when I passed through the cell phone section but I am not ready for a new phone. I entered Best Buy to look at cameras and possibly a camera mount in order to mount a camera in my car. I found several mounts on my own after about 7 or 8 minutes but nothing that might work. No clerk came by to help while I spent another 5 minutes or so reading labels. I decided to leave and ask some mechanic friends for suggestions.Nice clean store with excellent displays.
Great place as always and I wanted to give 5 stars so bad but they set a high expectation because they are the best but...had to drive to another store for my iMac. Maybe compensation is the true answer if you care. Anyways Best Buy I love you but I'm a tough judge on holding accountability. Contact me and I'll consider raising my star. Bought an "open box" phone, drove clear across the valley, service member was nice enough, get home, and it's activation locked. Called the store and Geek Squad says they should have checked for that... yea, no kidding. Now I have to drive to Goodyear to exchange it for another one because they can't even eat the price difference for an unopened box at the store near me (why would they, it's Glendales F-up). Total 2.5hrs of driving today. Thanks Best Buy, real professional.
Bought an "open box" fridge due to delivery damage. They dented the drawer handle on delivery. Promised to order the part. They did, but two weeks later. Never called to update order status. Over reliance on automated "Geek Squad" repair tracking system. After calling 3 times over 4 days I spoke to 3 different people. Finally got word that a part would be ordered and would arrive in...2 weeks.
I bought my husband a smart watch here, the Nixon mission for a anniversary gift. I bought it a few weeks before so I was prepared with a gift. After a few weeks of wearing it the charging pins on the back started giving him a horrible painful rash. Other than that there is nothing wrong with it so I contacted Nixon and they said Best Buy needs to refund me. Well since it's been more than 30 days they refuse to. Even Nixon thinks this is ridiculous. They won't take back an item my husband physically cannot wear. Best Buy only cares about money, not customers. I will never go back. I don't want to risk being stuck with another expensive item.
