This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a salon of any kind. I would give this review an option of 0 stars if I could. I was at Dazzling nail care yesterday, for not the first time might I add, and wanted to have a dip gel manicure. 3:30 hours later, I left with no manicure and scratched up nails. After the initial manicure one of the women ruined it while checking if it was dry, and the next 2 hours consisted of them trying to fix it only to make it worse. Finally I had been there for 3 hours and had enough, they at this point had the audacity to ask me to pay the 50$ for a ruined manicure. We finally agreed I would have to sit there and take it all off to not have to pay. Needless to say, DO NOT get a dip gel manicure here EVER, if you go here at all.
Just went today, after having a horrible experience at Coco nails in mall I was anxious to get my nails done again but the ladies are super nice and my nails came out AMAZING.I love them!! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!!!
The techs were nice, but their equipment is not clean. I have a strep infection in my fingertips. The tech cut off too much of my skin and made my nails so short that my fingertips were sore. Weeks later, my fingertips are red, swollen, and in shooting pain. The skin is broken, and I really wish I never let anyone cut that much skin off from around my nail beds.
So I’m giving them two stars because they give great pedicures but I don’t recommend their gel polished manicures or acrylics. I got a gel manicure there that chipped after four days and it’s $15 on top of the price of the manicure so I was not happy. I was so happy with their pedicure that I went back and decided to try acrylic. One of my acrylics popped off after four days and when I called her she agreed to fix it but I had her take them all off because it wasn’t even a week and they were falling off. I recommend going there if you just want a pedicure but if you want a gel manicure or acrylics you may want to look elsewhere.
Super close and convenient nail salon in North Cambridge. Karen was incredibly sweet and personable...not to mention she probably gave me the best manicure of my life. $25 for shellac manicure plus $5 for French. I absolutely will visit again!
Clean, friendly, helpful, not to mention right down the street from me. Kim did a great job. I appreciate that she helped me find a Green 🍀☘️ that I liked! I believe that I'll return. Can I tell you that I love that they're just down the street from me?? LMAO
$35 for a combined manicure/pedicure. You can't beat it in the city! The salon is very clean and well cared for. The ladies that work here do an incredible job on my hands and feet. They're also really nice and friendly. The polish on my toes lasts for weeks sometimes over a month. They recently got new massage chairs that are incredibly comfy.
