Sent 2 customers to this specific DCU for autoloans to give them business because I am a member myself and the representative bullied the customer to switch dealerships. I assume the DCU rep was getting money under the table from other dealerships. She told my customer, we are not giving you money unless you buy cars from these dealerships... wow what sleazy/scum!Both customers went to the Framingham Branch and breezed through without any issues. I'm guess DCU corporate doesn't know the girl in the finance office is doing this...
Worst experience ever!! They turn your overdraft off after 17 days with a negative balance and don't tell you. Been a member for years and was treated so badly. Basically called me a liar when i told them that i called and checked on my overdraft before using it. Had a supervisor listen to the recording phone call for my grievence but said they could not help me I asked to speak to the supervisor and hear the recorded call for myself but to no avail! Wait times on the phone are awful expect about 45 minutes that is if they don't hang up on you at five after waiting an hour to speak to someone. Atrocious!
Very slow responses online. Sent my membership application with all supporting documentation over a week ago, still says "under review". Wrote to them, received a response day later that "we are working on it". Tried text-chatting, wait times are exhausting! Very poor and unresponsive Customer service.

Helpful customer service.Had to become a member of supporting association to join first :(Decent account choices and related rates.Limited areas that it serves though but part of a Cooperative of credit unions for some atms and banking services for added conveniences.Shared entrance with Dunki Donuts and shared parking lot which can be very crowded in a small mall lot area.
Got way more out of my experience than I was anticipating. I'm in the market for a new car and had a friend that has already used DCU for an auto loan and recommended I consider them for my loan. So I paid a visit and spoke with a 12 yr veteran of DCU, Alvin. I got pre-approved for a loan and gained valuable knowledge about how to maintain and improve my credit score. I got a new card with a lower interest rate to transfer a credit card balance to. So in addition to getting a low APR loan the same day I went in, I am also saving money through a credit card balance transfer and Alvin gave me a piece of advice that prevented me from doing something that would hurt my credit!
I love this bank. Only bank to approve my auto loan with little to no credit history and credit score of 700..they also gave me a personal loan.....when I went into the branch in Waltham Anupama had helped me get everything squared away she was very pleasant and helpful with the information she provided. She will always be my go to person. Dcu gets the job done. Thank you
