The laser tag community was a lot of fun as well as enjoyable; the only thing that could be improved is that they only play on one game mode. The equipment and field is a lot of fun to play on and I look forward to going again!
Tons of fun. We try to go at least once a year. Great for birthday parties or something fun to do with a group of friends. The adults love it as much as the kids do. Fun games too, enough to keep you entertained for a little extra fun time.
I am a very displeased customer. I just had a visit to your location. I frequent here relatively often with groups of friends and their children. Tonight was no different. I was with a group of twelve people. We all payed to do the double sessions. The first session was awesome. Everyone had a great time with absolutely no issues. When we went in for the second time as soon as we started two of our vests were not working. When brought to the staffs attention one of the vest were switched out which took a whole round to switch out. Now when the second round started several vest were now not working. When brought to the attention of the employee she said we should just play it out and I told her no offense to her but I payed for a whole session not half a session and she told me she would get her manager. Now as this is going on no one is playing the game almost every person was saying their vests would not work. The manager (no name given) now came in and approached us he asked what the problem was when I explained he told me that the vests were now working and his suggestion was that we played. Never once at this point did he say he reset the whole session so we are all thinking that we now have only one of the four rounds remaining which is not fair. When I tried to explain that I wanted to play a whole session (again NEVER explained that the session was reset) he just kept telling me to stop yelling. I was not yelling I raised my voice for two reason first because the music was so loud that you had too just to be heard then because he kept insistently telling me that I was yelling. He told me he would have me removed by the police for yelling. I told him that was fine that I would wait with him as I followed him through the door he slammed it shut so it swung all the way through and hit me in the forehead. I asked for the second half of my money to be refunded only because of how the manager treated myself and the other five adults I was with. The other adults also asked for a refund.This situation could have been avoided if the manager acted professionally to begin with. On top of his blatant disrespectful behavior. He kept telling the officer that we were abusive to his staff. We spoke to one person. I have worked in customer service for 25 years I am a manager and I have had people try and physically attack me and I have NEVER treated any customer in the manner I was treated in tonight. I will never return. The manager that was on tonight is definitely in need of training on how to treat people.
Came 40 minutes away for my daughters 11th birthday with a few of her friends . Seemed like it was going to be a lot of fun . In the briefing room a kid had his hands full of Sanitizer and splashed it and it got in my friends eye and all that was done when the staff member was made aware of the horsing around was a “ knock it off”...... that kid should not have been allowed to play. Then during the game my daughter and her best friend were “ too close” and were told to leave the game . The employee states they had been spoken to before and they hadn’t been . In laser tags you constantly bump into people . But her birthday was ruined because they were made to leave the game . Not only did I waste my money there because no refund or voucher was offered for free game on another day , for my friend getting injured because of kids fooling around, my daughter and her friend were “ too close” so they had to leave the game????. I’m absolutely appalled with who we were treated . Never ever again will I waste myMoney there again. I just asked my daughter again how many time the employee spoke to her and she said once . So how were they given multiple chances but only spoken to once???... and if your going to be that strict with being too close then make the arena bigger . I will stick with laser quest in danvers . Better employees and laser tag. Oh and right in the beginning one of her friends best didn’t work and it took a whole game to find an employee to her her a vest that worked . Had to exit the game to find a staff member . Very unprofessional place . Don’t waste your money
Very disappointing and saddened that after bringing my 3 boys who met up with a very large group of friends on a Friday night to have a great time went to get pizza at 8:30 pm after running around in the lazer game all hot and hungry couldn't get any because they were all done cooking pizza at 8pm but they don't close till 11pm . this business has lost a lot of money from this group alone and the other people who went up trying to get pizza. If your going to stay open till 11pm then you should have food availavailable till every person is out the door. that is what a good business who cares about their customers would do so I guess this place doesn't care at all about anybody but them selves and how fast the can get out after closing time. The manager William should learn to treat his customers right because keep up this way of bad treatment and you will lose a whole lot of paying customers.
