They have a lot of good merchandise here, but it's occasionally hard to find employees around to help. I have had a number of experiences where I needed an employee's help but they were busy talking to each other. I would recommend this location if you know what you need and don't need additional help.
Well, for sure, it's a Best Buy with Best Buy prices. We went in looking for a washing machine and dryer, both things we have never shopped for before, but had done some research and knew what we needed out of them. Their associate Jonathan listened to our needs, and had his pro's and con's for the different machines we were looking at. He really understood what we needed and was able to meet us on a price point we could afford. So, if you are in the market for a washing machine and dryer, go to this Best Buy and ask for Jonathan!
I'm a very tech savvy nerd and went to buy an affordable laptop. The rep had perfect advice and knowledge to advise me. The laptop was barely priced higher than Amazon which is kinda overruled by the instant shipment (walk out) and visual inspection ability. Their warranty was a little pricey but covers drops, spills and normal battery degrade meaning I can probably get my money's worth.
Not a bad location but also not a five star. Was not greeted as I entered and would have had to seek out help if I had needed it. Granted, I was in and out, perfectly capable to finding my own item but let’s be honest, customer service should matter in an electronics store. Located conveniently and well stocked, stop by if you need basic electronic items.
This is my Best Buy. Whenever I want to look at or buy something, I come to this one. It's close to my house and the staff is awesome. Yesterday I was looking at the Google Pixel book then went to look at the drones Best Buy has to offer. An associate asked me if there's anything that she could help me with. I replied "I'm just looking and dreaming" to which she responded "We make dreams come true". She made my day. I'll definitely be back to get both the Pixel Book and a drone😀
I'm a last minute shopper, and I was able to finalize my little bit of shopping at this best buy. The associates from the cell phone are pulled me to their counter to ring me up for my purchase, without waiting. Very impressed, thank you so much.
Had to wait a long time for service. My prices were good. The store was busy. I didn't get a good recommendation on my PC purchase and ended up bringing it back 3 days later after the PC wouldn't update. They took it back but it seemed like they didn't really want to at the return desk.
I visited for purchasing IphoneX and had few questions. So I asked help to one of the sales reps, named Dustin. On my very few general question about device, He answered with questions. 'Do you want to buy it?' I asked questions about device but he kept saying ' Do you want to buy it?' as he mentioning 3 times. I tried to be patient and talked to other sales rep. and purchased the phone quick. I was waiting to speak to the general manager for a while to tell about this man. But he was busy so I writing my unpleasant experience in here.
We bought a 70" TV that later was offered at a lower price. Manager Nick in the Va Beach store worked with us to help us get a price match. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He did what he said he was going to do- which is refreshing. I highly recommend this store and will buy our future electronics from here, as well.
My visit to Best Buy was probably the best visit I have ever had at any electronic appliances store. I came in to purchase a new TV. Brian was the first best buy employee to approach me. I told him I was thinking about purchasing a Sony TV verses the Samsung upon my own research and opinion. He was able to inform me about the Sony product I was purchasing and answered every single question I had for him in full detail. I then proceeded to look around the store and realized I wanted a new sound system as well. I made the effort to find Brian again regardless if best buy employees are not on commission anymore. He not only found me the BEST possible deal for a 3.1 sound system in the store, but he was again able to answer all of my ridiculous questions about set-up, how it works, how to connect the sound system to the TV, etc. TOTALLY into his job and knew so much about everything it made me feel very comfortable and appreciative that he was able to assist me. If I have anymore problems or need a purchase, I am going back to find him. The most amazing service I've ever had. The store deserves 5 stars, but Brian deserves 10.
Went in for a 2-1 laptop. AC squared me away and instead of talking me into the sleek cool expensive one, he found one that was a few hundred dollars cheaper with twice the ram and storage - then he found an open box which saved me more! I love it! And when the pen broke, Michelle exchanged it with no hassel. Great job in customer service team! Thank you.
The workers could have asked us if we were interested in looking @ anything. Basically it seemed as if they didn't care if they made a sale or not. Or if we needed any help. The people were nice & we did get the products we wanted. Thank you--Patricia Frazier
Our tech guy Dustin is Awesome!!!! We've been here several times for different reasons and we always seek him out. He needs a raise! 😁 Always pleasant, I will say I've not had an unpleasant experience at this Best Buy largely due to our favorite sales associate.
